• Have you been asked, “Are you ready?” If so, how have you responded to it when you weren’t sure about your readiness but knew that something good would come out of it?
• If readiness is a skill and attitude that can be learned with discipline, what opportunities do you have now to develop your skill and attitude?
• What is your understanding of readiness to take on the opportunity? What are your overall objectives and reasons? What could prevent you from accomplishing your objectives and how do you overcome the obstacles?
